Our products are made in various locations, including China.

We only work with several highly vetted suppliers. Prior to onboarding a supplier, we ensure the following:

1) They have been operation in the space for at least 2+ years and have an established reputation, positive distributor reviews and no quality issues have been reported.

2) We do a native and technological search for any reviews and /or complaints related to the supplier. We are part of a very large global organization that has access to millions of user reviews and reports from distributors around the world that use the same manufacturers, as such any quality issues are rapidly detected.

3) We review their production facilities and ensure they are sterile and are following appropriate standardized practices. Spot audits are conducted and we have a team that vets any manufacturer we engage with.

4) We ensure all batches made at each supplier are tested through recognized testing and laboratory facilities. Testing includes both Mass / Purity results as well as endotoxin results for our most popular products. We use the golden standard of Janoshik Certificates of Analysis to ensure the highest quality.

All Certificates of Analysis for any products sold must show >99% purity levels.

All our products are shipped using Canada Post XPress and shipping takes on average 2 - 3 business days.

All our orders are tracking and you will receive and tracking number within 24 hours of payment.

Each package is secured in bubbled envelopes or boxes, and is specifically dropped at Canada Post counter to ensure appropriate scanning, confirmation of shipping and accurate tracking information.

You will receive updates from Canada Post to your email as your package travels.

Ordering is simple, you need to either click the button “Order Here” from our home page or select “Order Here” from the drop down menu or top menu. This will take you to the Order form which you fill out with the required details and products you’d like to purchase.

Once submitted, we will contact you via email with your order number, total amount due and payment instructions.

Please be patient as we review each order and details manually and will respond as soon as possible.

We are a Canadian distribution company that highly vets all their manufacturers and reviews detailed batch Certificates of Analysis for our products. Additionally, for our main products we require Endotoxin testing.

Our manufacturing supplier vetting is the most rigorous and includes periodic audits, manufacturing lab visits, and rigorous testing of products and production processes.

Based on volume incentives, and direct payment gateways we are able to offer our products at affordable and highly competitive prices.

We are also very human-centric, and take the time to communicate and understand your needs. No question goes unanswered.

Our prices are some of the lowest in Canada, as we seek volume discounts and strive to operate with minimal overhead. We do a competitor pricing analysis monthly and adjust our prices accordingly.
